Account Manager – Grayslake
Sells Landscaping services to existing customers and coordinates landscape construction projects with company operation employees to insure high quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include but are not limited to;
• Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key client decision makers
• Proactively conduct strategic account reviews of customers on a regular basis
• Prepare estimates, proposals and sales contracts
• Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up
• Coordinate company personnel to accomplish the work required to close sales
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years of sales experience in a service industry
• Experience working with municipal, real estate and/or commercial clientele mandatory
• Experience developing estimates from Requests for Proposals/Bidding Process
• Knowledge of Landscaping Services highly desirable
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) – a plus but not required
• Valid driver’s license
