South Commons Home Owner’s Association located in Deerfield IL is an 11 acre site of beautifully manicured landscaping containing a diverse mix of trees, shrubs and perennials. A beautiful array of Flowers are installed annually to adorn the pots, planters and beds and offer year round seasonal interest. The mixture of Begonias, Rose Bushes, and Ornamental Grasses create a colorful yet easy to maintain display that works to enhance the property’s overall curb appeal. This Site received the ILCA Silver Award for excellence in landscaping in 2011.

Village Square of Northbrook

Village Square of Northbrook shopping center is one of the most patronized centers on the North Shore. With the endless traffic and high visibility, curb appeal is a must for this property. Flower beds of spring, summer, fall and winter annual color welcome customers and create traffic stopping displays that customers enjoy year round. Maintaining this site is demanding; however with superior communication between management and LCM, weekly visits are focused and successful.

Conservancy

This Home Owners Association, located on Chicago’s North side, is the home to a rarely seen, natural oak savanna, vast beds of perennials and grasses, formal flowerbeds, and lush turf. A stand of Kentucky Coffee trees overlook its man-made lake and beautiful fountains. The site received the PLANET’S Grand Award, and numerous other prizes for its outstanding unique urban landscape.

Amhurst Business Park

The Amhurst Business Park is a 452 acre commercial/industrial park located in Waukegan, Illinois. While emphasis is put on color and texture, the seasonal color installations are meant to emphasize the main park access ways and soften the look of the modern concrete and glass architecture of the industrial buildings. Special attention is given to the natural areas surrounding the lakes. Amhurst OA was the recipient of the ILCA 2006 Silver Award for Excellence in Landscaping.

Michigan Ave Holiday Lights

Holiday lights brighten up the streets and truly add to the whole experience of the holiday season.

Old Orchard

An open-air mall located in Skokie, Illinois this is one of the most premier shopping destinations in the Midwest. Maintaining 200,000 annual flowers, endless perennial and shrub beds and the maintenance of the expansive irrigation system keeps its on site crew busy. An extensive snow removal program is mobilized and implemented during winter months. In 2004, Old Orchard was recognized by PLANET and ILCA receiving its highest accolade, the only retail center to receive this honor in 2004.

Oak Brook Promenade

The Oak Brook Promenade is populated with annuals and plants that display a seasonal variety of color throughout the European village setting. The old world architecture and lush landscaping provides a relaxing atmosphere for shoppers who linger throughout the walkways. The shopping center is full of beautiful seasonal color pots & planters combined with a landscaped pond with walking trail and an outdoor seating area.

Home of the NIKEtown beds, these gorgeous seasonal color beds host a four season color rotation consisting of spring, summer, fall and winter displays. This highly trafficked area makes installations and maintenance difficult. Work, including watering, is always completed at night in accordance with City of Chicago and those sites that fall within the Central Business District. In 2006, 663-669 NMA received the Honor Award from GMNAA’s 2006 Beautification Awards, recognizing superior standards for landscape design and maintenance.

730 Michigan Avenue

These planters host some of the most beautiful flower displays on Chicago’s famous Magnificent Mile. Poor light conditions, high winds and heavy traffic make the task of designing and maintaining a four season rotation extremely difficult. In 2006, 730 NMA received the President’s Award from GNMAA’s 2006 Beautification awards. This was the first time this supreme honor was awarded to any site along the Magnificent Mile since 2001!
