Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate short and long term financial objectives for LCM.
Provide management with timely and accurate financial statements and other reports.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance functions for LCM, including Human Resources and Information Technology.
Continue the development and monitoring of our Boss LM job cost system.
Work with our banking and audit partners to ensure compliance with GAAP and bank covenants.

Experience
Ken has more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience, including 10 years in the hi-tech, 7 years in multi-unit food and beverage accounting and 13 years in the golf business. Unfortunately, Ken eats better than he golfs.
