Campus-Wide Landscape Restoration
At AbbVie’s Mettawa campus, Landscape Concepts Management is executing a comprehensive restoration initiative that reflects a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and proactive landscape management.
In partnership with AbbVie and ISS, this project includes the restoration of conservation areas throughout the property and Class 1 pruning of all formal landscape trees and shrubs. The goal: to enhance the health, structure and long-term vitality of the campus landscape while maintaining a polished, professional appearance year-round.
The vision for this project came to life following an onsite tour of a nearby corporate campus previously restored by LCM—an experience that highlighted our ability to deliver high-impact results through thoughtful planning and expert execution.
With a deep understanding of large-scale, high-profile properties, LCM continues to bring customized, forward-thinking solutions to AbbVie’s landscape—ensuring the campus remains a welcoming, well-maintained environment for all who visit.
