To overcome these obstacles, LCM implemented a strategic grading solution, constructing a boulder wall to level the terrain while ensuring proper water drainage. This critical foundation allowed for the seamless integration of key design elements, including:

• A 22’x30’ Bluestone patio with a striking cobble edge, providing ample seating space
• A custom fire pit large enough for 10 Adirondack chairs, perfect for cozy evenings and s’mores
• An artificial putting green, adding a unique and entertaining feature
• A 35’ bluestone walkway with cobble edging, creating an inviting entrance to the transformed space
